新时代高校思想政治工作体系构建探索与实践——以重庆三峡学院为例

加强党对高校的领导,加强和改进高校党的建设,是办好中国特色社会主义大学的根本保证。全面从严治党新形势要求高校毫不动摇坚持和加强党对学校工作的全面领导,高等教育改革发展新任务要求高校坚定不移走内涵式特色化的发展之路,开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程要求高校对标对表拿出服务地方经济社会发展的有力举措。新时代高校党委构建思想政治工作体系,关键是要把握好办学方向、办学导向和办学取向,落实立德树人根本任务,把党的领导贯穿学校工作全过程,履行好管党治党和办学治校主体责任,营造风清气正干事创业良好政治生态。

Strengthening the Party’s leadership over the universities and enhancing and improving the Party’s construction in universities are the fundamental guarantee for running well the socialist universities with Chinese characteristics.The new situation ofseeingPartyself-governanceexercised fully and with rigor calls for unswervingly adhering to and strengthening the overall leadership of the Party over schoolwork in colleges and universities.Meanwhile,the new task of reform and development of higher education calls for firmly taking the road of development characterized by connotation,to start the new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,colleges and universities should take effective measures to serve the local economic and social development.Therefore,the key to the construction of the ideological and political work system by the Party committees of colleges and universities in the new era lies inkeeping the running direction,guidance and orientation of school,carrying out the fundamental task of establishing morality and fostering people,and penetrating the party’s leadership throughout the whole process of schoolwork,so as to fulfill the main responsibility of managing and administering the Party and the school,and to create a healthy political ecosystem for the cadres.
