文化育人是新时代高等教育发展的必然趋势。高校图书馆肩负着文化育人的重要职责,将提升大学生的综合素养作为价值起点,将扮演思想政治教育“第二课堂”角色作为价值载体,将培育人的全面发展作为价值目标。为充分发挥高校图书馆文化育人功能,亟须对服务队伍建设、馆藏资源、活动载体、协同机制等方面进行优化与完善。

To educate people with culture is an inevitable trend of higher education in the new era.University libraries shoulder the important responsibility of educating students with culture,taking the improvement of college students’comprehensive quality as the starting point of values,playing the role of the“second classroom”of ideological and political education as the carrier of values,and cultivating the all-round development of people as the goal of values.In order to give full play to the educative function of culture in university libraries,it is urgent to optimize and perfect the service team construction,collection resources,activity carrier and coordination mechanism.
