摘要 随着航空制造业生产需求的升级,针对生产车间存在多设备、多种现场总线协议共存情况,航空制造业迫切需要将这些孤岛设备的信息和数据进行采集、存储、分析、管理,以边缘设备为核心的边缘网关应运而生。边缘网关具有物联网通信和边缘计算两大主要功能,本文实现了其中PROFINET现场总线通信功能,简述了以i.MX8M Mini为处理器的边缘设备的搭建,介绍了CODESYS平台在Linux系统中的应用程序设计,以及PROFINET总线协议的配置。以边缘设备为主站,选取西门子V90伺服驱动器为从站,验证PROFINET总线通信功能。 With the upgrading of aviation manufacturing production demand,there is an urgent need for aviation manufacturing industry to collect,store,analyze and manage the information and data of these isolated devices.Therefore,the edge gateway with edge devices as the core came into being.Edge gateway has two main functions:Internet of things communication and edge computing.In this paper,the PROFINET fieldbus communication function is realized,the construction of edge device based on i.mx8m Mini processor is described,the application program design of CoDeSys platform in Linux system and the configuration of PROFINET bus protocol are introduced.Taking the edge device as the master station and Siemens V90 servo driver as the slave station,the PROFINET bus communication function is verified.
