摘要
通过开展医务系统女职工心理健康服务能力提升工作专题研究,全面了解山东省医务系统女职工心理健康状况和服务工作情况。通过汇总分析问卷数据,结合实地考察,发现医务系统女职工存在职业压力大、缺乏职业安全感、被尊重感低等心理问题,同时医务系统女职工心理健康服务工作存在缺乏组织保障、承载能力有限、女职工缺少寻求心理服务的主动性等问题。针对发现的问题,应从加强组织领导、落实全方位关爱、实施精准化服务、提升女职工综合素质、强化宣传和典型推广等方面采取措施,提升女职工心理健康服务能力。
Through carrying out the special research on improving the mental health service ability of the female staff and workers in the medical service system,the mental health status and service work of the female staff and workers in the medical service system of our province is thus understood.Through collecting and analyzing the questionnaire data and combining the investigation,it was found that female workers in the medical service system have psychological problems such as high occupational pressure,lack of job security and low sense of being respected.At the same time,there are some problems in the mental health service of female staff and workers in the medical service system,such as the lack of organization guarantee,the limited carrying capacity,and the lack of initiative of female staff and workers to seek psychological service.In the light of the problems found,this paper advances some measures for improving the mental health service ability of female workers from five aspects of strengthening organizational leadership,carrying out all-round care,implementing precise service,improving the comprehensiv e quality of female workers,strengthening propaganda and typical promotion.
