高校工会助力海归青年教师职业发展的内在逻辑与现实路径——基于人才强校战略背景的论析 被引量:2

摘要 当前,人才强校已上升为高校的主要发展战略。师资队伍建设是人才强校的基础与根本。海归青年教师逐渐成为高校教师队伍中的重要力量,其职业发展状况事关高校人才强校战略的落地。高校工会作为党领导下的群众组织,在助力海归青年教师职业发展上发挥重要作用有其内在逻辑,即促进海归青年教师职业认同是其工作的价值导向,校准海归青年教师职业目标是其实现自身职能的根本任务,推动海归青年教师取得职业成就是其改革发展的核心要求。高校工会应紧紧围绕海归青年教师职业发展需求,针对其面临的现实问题,发挥自身的独特优势,突出重点,抓住关键,创新载体,以助力的成效服务于学校的人才强校发展战略。 Nowadays,strengthening the university by talents has become the main development strategy of universities.Construction of teaching staff is the foundation of strengthening the university by talents.Young teachers returned from abroad have gradually become an important force in the teaching staff of universities.The status of their career development is related to the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the university by talents.As a mass organization under the leadership of the CPC,trade unions in universities play an important role in helping the career development of young teachers returned from abroad.It has its inherent logic,which is promoting the professional identity of young teachers returned from abroad as the value orientation of its work,calibrating the professional goals of young teachers returned from abroad as its fundamental task of own functions,promoting the professional achievements of young teachers returned from abroad as the core requirement of its reform and development.Trade unions in universities should closely focus on the professional development needs of young teachers returned from abroad,and in view of the practical problems they are facing,give full play to its unique advantages,grasping the key points,innovating carriers,so as to serve the development strategy of strengthening the u-niversity by talents.
