摘要
亚甲基蓝分光光度法是测定水中硫化物的有效方法,为了提升应用效果,人们需要对其进行改进。试验期间,用20 mL氢氧化钠-EDTA作为吸收液,将其加入50 mL比色管中,然后反应瓶中加入10 mL抗氧化剂,以500 mL/min吹气速度吹气15 min。该方法的检出限为0.003 mg/L,样品测定精密度为1.61%~4.62%,回收率为91.0%~96.8%,符合质量控制要求,节约了试剂用量,缩短了测定时间。
Methylene blue spectrophotometry is an effective method for the determination of sulfide in water,in order to improve the application effect,people need to improve it.During the test,20 mL of NaOH-EDTA was used as the absorption solution and added to a 50 mL colorimetric tube,and then 10 mL of antioxidant was added to the reaction flask,and blowing at a blowing rate of 500 mL/min for 15 minutes.The detection limit of this method is 0.003 mg/L,the sample determination precision is 1.61%to 4.62%,and the recovery rate is 91.0%to 96.8%,which meets the quality control requirements,saves the amount of reagents and shortens the determination time.
