摘要
目前,国内外使用加压釜处理贵金属物料,存在通氧管耐腐蚀性差、机封寿命短、细长轴搅拌摆幅大、处理物料适应性不强等不足,导致备件消耗大、维修成本高,影响生产的连续平稳运行。针对上述问题,本研究对反应釜的氧气系统和密封冷却装置进行改进,同时研发与应用配套关键设备。改进后,其工艺技术指标平稳,经济性好,职工劳动强度低,产能提升显著,检修时间节约一半以上,通氧管寿命、机封寿命和阳极泥处理量显著提高。
At present,pressurized kettles are used at home and abroad to process precious metal materials,which has disadvantages such as poor corrosion resistance of oxygen pipes,short mechanical seal life,large slender shaft stirring swing,and poor adaptability of processed materials,resulting in large consumption of spare parts and high maintenance costs,which affect the continuous and stable operation of production.In response to the above problems,this study improved the oxygen system and sealed cooling device of the reactor,and at the same time developed and applied supporting key equipment.After the improvement,its process and technical indicators are stable,the economy is good,the labor intensity of employees is low,the production capacity is increased significantly,the maintenance time is saved by more than half,and the life of the oxygen pipe,the life of the mechanical seal and the anode mud processing capacity are significantly improved.
