摘要
本文以云南省16个地州市为研究对象,测度城市生态韧性值并探究其时空演变特征。结果表明,2008—2017年云南省城市生态韧性水平波动上升,2011年达到最低值,主要受干旱灾情的影响;十年间,昆明市城市生态韧性水平一直处于领先地位,主要在于昆明具有政治、经济和社会发展等方面的地缘优势;整体而言,十年间,城市生态韧性从低韧性向高韧性演进的区域数量不断增多,说明云南省城市生态环境保护与治理工作取得显著成效。
This paper took 16 prefectures and cities in Yunnan Province as the research object to measure the urban ecological resilience value and explore its temporal and spatial evolution characteristics.The results showed that the level of urban ecological resilience in Yunnan Province fluctuated and increased from 2008 to 2017,and reached the lowest value in 2011,mainly due to drought;for ten years,Kunming’s urban ecological resilience level had been in a leading position,mainly because Kunming had geographical advantages in political,economic and social development;overall,in the past ten years,the number of regions where urban ecological resilience had evolved from low resilience to high resilience had continued to increase,indicating that Yunnan Province had achieved remarkable results in urban eco-environmental protection and governance.
