污染场地修复的后评价案例分析

Case Analysis of Post Remediation Assessment of Contaminated Sites

目前,污染场地修复后评价在我国处于摸索阶段,缺乏系统的技术规范支持。本文以某修复后工业地块为例,就如何结合地块实际情况与评价需求开展污染场地修复后评价工作进行了有益的探索,归纳了需要开展后评价的情形,总结了后评价的注意要点,以期为我国土壤污染防治提供理论参考,保障修复后地块的二次开发安全性。

At present,the post remediation assessment of contaminated sites is in the exploratory stage in China,and there is a lack of technical support.Taking a restored industrial plot as an example,this paper makes a beneficial exploration on how to carry out the post assessment of contaminated sites in combination with the actual situation and evaluation needs of the land,summarizes the situations that need to carry out the post evaluation,and the key points which should be paid attention to in the post evaluation,so as to provide theoretical and technical reference for the prevention and control of soil pollution in China,and ensure security of the reusing of the restored land.
