摘要
移动执法是相对于传统执法的一种现代执法方式,其应用大大提升了执法实效。本文立足于互联网+,分析环境移动执法的价值,总结环境移动执法的原则,并研究环境移动执法方案构建中面临的不足,提出环境移动执法方案的实施策略。
Mobile law enforcement is a modern law enforcement method compared to traditional law enforcement,and its application greatly improves the effectiveness of law enforcement.Based on the Internet+,this paper analyzes the value of environmental mobile law enforcement,summarizes the principles of environmental mobile law enforcement,and studies the shortcomings in the construction of environmental mobile law enforcement programs,and proposes implementation strategies for environmental mobile law enforcement programs.
