城市餐厨垃圾无害化处理与工程实践研究 被引量:10

摘要 餐厨垃圾无害化处理是当前环境污染防治的焦点之一。本研究梳理了当前餐厨垃圾处理的主要工艺,并以某市餐厨垃圾处理厂为例,对餐厨垃圾资源化处理进行了探讨。该餐厨垃圾处理厂餐厨垃圾处理系统的处理规模为400 t/d,通过"预处理+厌氧发酵+沼气净化处理"工艺可产生的沼气量为7 000 m~3/100 t餐厨垃圾,分离出的粗油脂为3 t/100 t餐厨垃圾,油脂处理系统处理规模为40 t/d,资源化量为30 t/d左右,实现了餐厨垃圾的资源化处理。 The harmless treatment of food waste is one of the current focus of environmental pollution prevention and control.This research has sorted out the main processes of the current food waste treatment,and discussed the resource treatment of food waste by taking a food waste treatment plant in a certain city as an example.The kitchen waste treatment system of the kitchen waste treatment plant has a processing scale of 400 t/d,and the biogas that can be produced through the"pretreatment+anaerobic fermentation+biogas purification treatment"process is 7000 m~3/100 t of kitchen waste,the separated crude oil is 3 t/100 t food waste,the processing scale of the grease treatment system is 40 t/d,and the resource utilization amount is about 30 t/d,realizing the resource treatment of food waste.
