当前城市污水处理存在的资金问题及改进策略

Current Funding Problems in Urban Sewage Treatment and Improvement Strategies

随着社会经济的发展和城市规模的扩大,我国城镇居民和流动人口数量迅速增长,资源消耗日益增多,特别是水资源,与此同时城市污水处理设施承受的压力开始变大。因此,本文首先论述了我国城市污水处理现状,然后分析了城市环保税务政策调整对污水处理的影响,最后提出了城市污水处理的改进策略。当前,城市污水处理厂要积极争取增值税、企业所得税和环境税收等方面的税务政策支持,不断优化自身管理和运行方式,为城市生态环境的可持续发展提供支持。

With the development of social economy and the expansion of urban scale,the number of urban residents and floating population in China is increasing rapidly,and the consumption of resources is increasing,especially water resources,at the same time,the pressure on urban sewage treatment facilities began to increase.Therefore,this paper first discusses the current situation of urban sewage treatment in China,then analyzes the impact of urban environmental protection tax policy adjustments on sewage treatment,and finally proposes an improvement strategy for urban sewage treatment.At present,urban sewage treatment plants must actively strive for tax policy support in terms of value-added tax,corporate income tax and environmental taxation,and continuously optimize their own management and operation methods to provide support for the sustainable development of the urban ecological environment.
