This paper introduces the general situation,process,design and operation of a sewage treatment plant,and starts with the technical difficulties and solutions in the operation of the sewage treatment plant,finds the problems,diagnoses and analyzes the problems,solves the problems,finally achieves the diagnostic purpose of normal operation and reducing the consumption of chemicals,and discusses the methods to achieve the diagnostic goals and the consumption reduction experience of the optimized operation of the sewage treatment system.
