摘要
某污水处理厂前置缺氧A^(2)O工艺运行过程中遇到诸多问题:二沉池出水澄清度不高;好氧池污泥浓度偏高;沉降性不佳;NH_(3)-N及TN出水指标不稳定等。针对以上问题,本文提出了一系列技术改造及管理优化方案,如加设回流管道使二沉池污泥回流至好氧池,对沉砂池、生化池工艺调控运行管理进行优化等,使得沉砂池除砂效果、污泥浓度、SV_(30)和出水水质等指标均有较好的提升。以上改造思路可推广至各A^(2)O相关工艺的污水处理厂,起到较好的实践效果。
A sewage treatment plant encountered many problems during the operation of the pre-anaerobic A^(2)O process:the effluent clarity of the secondary sedimentation tank was not high;the sludge concentration of the aerobic tank was high;the sedimentation was poor;the NH_(3)-N and TN effluent indicators were unstable.In response to the above problems,this paper proposes a series of technical transformation and management optimization plans,such as adding a return pipeline to return the sludge from the secondary settling tank to the aerobic tank,and optimizing the process control operation management of the grit chamber and the biochemical tank,so that the de-sanding effect of grit tank,sludge concentration,SV30 and effluent water quality have been improved.The above transformation ideas can be extended to the sewage treatment plants of various A^(2)O-related processes,and have better practical effects.
