法德轴心的重启及前景

A New Reset of Franco-German Axis

欧洲一体化的发动机法德轴心在过去一段时间内,随着欧盟不断扩大,其领导作用有逐渐弱化之势,但马克龙上台后法德签署《亚琛条约》,共同推动欧盟防务一体化、财政一体化,致力于欧盟共同的外交与安全政策等行为表明了法德轴心的强势回归。跨大西洋关系变化、欧洲一体化危机、国际格局新变化带来的不确定性等诸多因素加速了法德轴心的重启。尽管法德两国之间龃龉不断,但双方会在斗而不破中顾及欧盟的整体利益而维持轴心发动机的运转。

As the engine of European integration,The Franco-German axis has weakened with the expansion of the European Union over the past decades.However,after Emmanuel Macron came to power,Aachen Treaty signed by France and Germany has promoted the EU's defense and fiscal integration and committed to the EU's common foreign and security policies.It has shown the strong return of the Franco-German axis.Changes in transatlantic relations,the crisis of European integration,and the uncertainty brought about by new changes in the international structure have accelerated the restart of the axis.Although there is constant discord between France and Germany,the two sides will take into account the overall interests of the EU in the"fight without breaking"and keep up the slow operation of the axial engine.
