摘要
为了能够有效地验证起重设备势能回收再利用装置的功能、性能等技术指标,研制出一种试验台。该试验台可以对势能回收再利用装置运行过程中的各种工况进行模拟,对势能回收再利用装置的功能、节能率以及效率等各种参数进行理论和实际比对,从而起到优化产品设计的作用。同时,试验台还可以实时采集已投运的势能回收再利用装置的运行信息,并将状态信息进行处理,进而实现远端智能化管理,并对设备运行进行故障预判。
In this paper,a test bench was developed to effectively verify the function and performance,etc.,of the potential energy recovery device of the lifting equipment.Said test bench could simulate the various working conditions in the operation of the potential energy recovery device,and perform theoretical and actual comparisons of the various parameters such as functionality,energy saving rate and efficiency of the device,so as to optimize product design.At the same time,the test bench could also collect in real time the operating information of the potential energy recovery device put into operation,and process the status information,thereby realizing remote intelligent management and failure prediction.
