高职扩招背景下广东地区电商专业不同人才培养模式研究与实践——以广东工程职业技术学院电子商务专业为例

Research and Practice of Different Training Modes for E-commerce Talents in Guangdong in Context of Higher Vocational College Enrollment Expansion:A Case Study of E-commerce Specialty of Guangdong Engineering Polytechnic

针对广东地区电子商务行业人才的需求情况,以广东工程职业技术学院电子商务专业开展多元化人才培养模式为实践途径,按照“标准统一、模式多元,因材施教、按需施教,共同评定、严把质量关”的原则,通过经验总结和比较分析的方法,对高职院校电子商务专业不同人才培养模式进行研究探索。

Aiming at the talent demand of the e-commerce industry in Guangdong,this paper studied the path of implementation of the diversified talent training mode by the e-commerce specialty of Guangdong Engineering Polytechnic,and following the principle of"unified standard,diversified mode,teaching per student aptitude and needs,joint assessment,and strict quality control",and through experience summary and comparative analysis,it explored the different talent training modes of e-commerce specialty talents in higher vocational colleges.
