Constructing a new development pattern of the double circulation is a major strategic decision made by the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core according to China’s new development stage,new historical task,and new environmental conditions.It’s a decision means significantly to China for that it is an important transformation of the economic development mode,and also to the world for that it promotes mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation for international development and contributes to global economic governance.Currently,the global economy has encountered setbacks,which is mainly caused by the reduction of the traditional functions for the global economic growth.It has led to the world economic downturn and global development imbalance,especially the contradiction between the north and the south,and the failure of the global economic governance system to adapt itself to the changes of the world economic situation.By building a new pattern of double-cycle development,China will surely play a huge role in providing new drivers of growth for accelerating economic globalization,making economic globalization more inclusive,and improving the system of rules for global economic governance.To strengthen its"international spillover"effect and highlight its due"worldwide significance",the construction of"new development pattern of double circulation"should adhere to the advanced concept of a community with a shared future for people,and make breakthroughs in unblocking the major domestic circulation and implementing higher-level opening-up as soon as possible.
