快速硫化型丁腈橡胶的特征行为 被引量:1

摘要 分别在丁腈橡胶(NBR)中采用湿法和干法填充不同类型的促进剂制得的混炼胶,研究了不同质量分数的促进剂对硫化胶的交联密度、硫化速率和物理性能的影响。结果表明,采用湿法填充0.12%~0.16%(质量分数)二硫化秋兰姆类促进剂可以获得快速、适宜和可控的硫化速率,硫化胶的综合物理性能优良。 NBR was filled with different types of accelerators by wet and dry methods respectively.The effects of accelerator with different mass fraction on crosslinking density,curing rate and physical properties of vulcanizate were studied.The results show the curing rate can be controlled quickly and suitable by filling 0.12%~0.16%(mass fraction)thiurambids type accelerator by wet filling,and the NBR vulcanizate has excellent physical properties.
