摘要
对比分析了间接法氧化锌和纳米氧化锌分别应用于胎侧配方后对于胎侧胶料性能的影响。结果表明,纳米氧化锌因具有颗粒粒径小、比表面积大的特点,同时具有界面、小尺寸、隧道三种效应,可显著提高活化效率,对次磺酰胺类促进剂有较大的吸附作用;纳米氧化锌添加到胎侧胶料配方,橡胶高聚物大分子链的运动性被迟滞,与硫化体系的反应能力降低,生产的胎侧终炼胶,经检测后发现硬度、门尼黏度、焦烧时间、正硫化时间等增加,定伸应力、拉伸强度、炭黑分散度提高幅度较大,胎侧的屈挠龟裂性能提升。
The effects of indirect zinc oxide and nano zinc oxide on the performance of sidewall compound were compared and analyzed.The results show that nano zinc oxide has the characteristics of small particle size,large specific surface area,interface,small size and tunnel effects,which can significantly improve the activation efficiency and has a greater adsorption effect on sulfonamide accelerators.When nano zinc oxide is added to the sidewall compound formula,the mobility of rubber macromolecular chain is retarded and the macromolecular chain is closely related to the vulcanizate.It is found that hardness,Mooney viscosity,scorch time,positive vulcanization time and so on are increased,and constant elongation stress,tensile strength,carbon black dispersion are improved,and the blending cracking performance of sidewall was improved.
