摘要
采用电子万能材料试验机、简支梁冲击试验机、洛氏硬度计和制动动力试验台等设备,研究了不同混炼方式对合成闸瓦性能的影响。结果表明,与开炼机相比,采用密炼机混炼,混炼中物料温度比开炼高66℃,合成闸瓦的冲击强度、压缩强度、压缩模量、硬度较开炼的至少低9.1%、15.2%、13.0%和27.9%,平均摩擦系数波动较大。
The influence of different mixing methods on the performance of synthetic brake shoe was studied by using electronic universal material testing machine,simply supported beam impact testing machine,Rockwell hardness tester and braking power testing machine.The results show that the impact strength,compression strength,compression modulus and hardness of the composite brake shoe are at least 9.1%,15.2%,13.0%and 27.9%lower than that of the composite brake shoe,and the average friction coefficient fluctuates more greatly.
