摘要 设计出集制冷制热平台,外包装为可视的有机玻璃,方便在教学过程中展示实验现象的同时,直观的讲解实验中实现这一现象背后的物理知识。该技术主要分为大功率电压降压技术、降压可调控制技术、半导体制冷技术、大功率散热、温度探测技术以及温度显示等技术。通过单刀双掷开关与旋转调节旋钮来选择制冷制热及调控其强度,同时设计电子屏幕进行显示冷热温度。通过制冷使得平台中水滴凝固结冰以及加热使得其融化并沸腾,可直观地验证热力学第二定律,学生在课堂中可充分的开展讨论,提高学生理解和应用物理知识的能力。 The integrated cooling-heating platform has been designed,in which the outer packing is constructed of visible perspex.It is convenient to show the experimental phenomenon and explain the physics knowledge behind the phenomenon in the teaching process.The technology in the instrument is mainly divided into high-power BUCK voltage,BUCK adjustment,semiconductor refrigeration,high-power heat dissipation,temperature detection and temperature display.Through the single-pole double-throw switch,the cooling or heating process can be selected,which intensity can be controlled by their rotating adjusting knobs.Meanwhile,the corresponding electronic screens were installed to display the hot or cold temperature.By cooling to freeze the water droplets or heating it to melt and boil on the platform,the second law of thermodynamics can be visually validated.Here,the students can fully discuss in the class,which will improve their ability to understand and apply physics knowledge.
