长远航不同阶段舰员认知功能和作业能力状况研究

Cognitive function and performance of the crew during different legs of the long oceangoing voyage

目的研究长远航期间不同阶段舰员认知功能和作业能力的变化。方法采用心理仪器注意分配仪(EP708A)、手指灵活性测量仪(EP109)及连线测验分别于出航1、6个月时对执行"和谐使命-2018"长远航任务的舰员进行部分认知功能和作业能力的测量。结果出航6个月时与出航1个月时相比,舰员对高音、中音、低音3种声音反应的正确次数提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对中音和光的反应时间减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对低音反应的错误次数减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);连线测验A系统的完成时间减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);连线测验B系统的完成时间增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手指灵活性任务用时减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论舰员认知功能和作业能力在长远航后期总体优于长远航早期。

Objective To study the changes of the crew’s cognitive function and performance during long oceangoing voyages.Methods The cognitive function and performance of the crew members of the"Mission Harmony 2018"were measured by the attention distribution instrument(EP708A),finger dexterity tester(EP109),and trail making test A and B at 1 month and 6 months after the Mission began,and the data were compared.Results Comparing the data at 6 month after the Mission began with those at 1 month after the Mission began,the correct responses of the crew to the low-,middle-,and high-pitch sound were significantly increased(P<0.01);the reaction time to middle-pitch sound and light was significantly reduced(P<0.05);the wrong responses to low-pitch sound were significantly reduced(P<0.01);the completion time of trail marking test A was significantly reduced(P<0.05),while that of test B was significantly increased(P<0.05);the time to finish finger dexterity task was significantly reduced(P<0.01).Conclusion The crew members had better cognitive function and performance in the late leg of the voyage than those in the early leg of the voyage.
