Research Progress on Dose-effect Relationship of Huangqi

从黄芪单味药及复方的研究2方面入手探讨近年黄芪量效关系研究进展,指出中药的量效关系是一个重要且复杂的系统,其中影响量效关系的因素很多,而中医药基础理论是中药量效关系的核心和关键,目前中药及复方量效关系的研究正处于发展阶段,完整系统的体系还有一定距离。

Research progress on dose-effect relationship of Huangqi(radix astragali)is discussed in the recent years from the study on single and compound Huangqi,it is pointed out that dose-effect relationship of TCM is an important and complex system,and there are many factors affecting the dose effect relationship,while basic theory of TCM is the core and key of herbal dose-effect relationship,currently the research on the doseeffect relationship of TCM and compound is in the development stage,and it has a long way to go in forming a complete system.
