摘要
国际机会识别在一定程度上决定了企业国际化发展方向、空间乃至成败。企业家如何有效识别国际机会?这是一个值得研究的重要问题。文章基于企业家国际视野、关系网络、互联网能力的视角,采用案例研究法剖析了国际机会识别过程;结果发现:企业家国际视野有助于企业家积极、主动地识别国际机会;企业家关系网络、互联网能力作为一种资源和能力基础,有助于企业家高效地识别国际机会;国际视野、关系网络、互联网能力有助于提升企业家的国际信息能力,进而有助于企业家高效地识别国际机会。
To some extent, the identification of international opportunities determines the development direction, space and success of enterprises’ internationalization. How can entrepreneurs effectively identify international opportunities? This is an important question worth studying. Based on the perspective of entrepreneur international vision,relationship network and internet capability, this paper analyses the process of international opportunity identification by using the method of case study, and finds that: Entrepreneur’s international vision helps entrepreneurs actively identify international opportunities;As a resource and capability basis, entrepreneur relationship network and Internet capability can help entrepreneurs identify international opportunities efficiently;International vision, relationship network and Internet ability can help improve the international information ability of entrepreneurs, thus helping entrepreneurs to identify international opportunities efficiently.
