Spatial Differentiation of the Development Benefits of Urbanization in Underdeveloped Areas

文章采用综合评价、空间自相关等方法,对苏北和皖北11市城镇化发展效益进行分析,得出2010-2017年城镇化发展效益不高,经济和社会效益有上升趋势,综合和生态效益有下降趋势。苏北5市分维效益高于皖北6市且差距有扩大趋势。经济和社会效益是城镇化发展的主要动力;城镇化综合效益层级特征明显,自东向西递减,综合效益、经济和社会效益空间集聚特征符合城镇化"核心-边缘"分异模式;综合效益形成HH、 LL、 LH三种空间集聚类型,经济和社会效益均形成HH和LL两种空间集聚类型,生态效益不显著;皖北处于城镇化发展效益的冷点区域。应在提高生态效益基础上,定位欠发达区域支柱产业,加快基础设施互联互通,打破行政壁垒,实现欠发达区域一体化,融入长三角一体化。

Using comprehensive evaluation, spatial autocorrelation and other methods to analyze the benefits of urbanization development in 11 cities in northern Jiangsu and northern Anhui. It is concluded that the benefits of urbanization development from 2010 to2017 are not high, the economic and social benefits have an upward trend, and the comprehensive benefits and ecological benefits have a downward trend. The fractal dimension benefit of 5 cities in northern Jiangsu is higher than that of 6 cities in northern Anhui, and the gap tends to expand. Economic and social benefits are the main driving force for the development of urbanization. The comprehensive benefits of urbanization have obvious hierarchical characteristics, decreasing from east to west, and the spatial agglomeration characteristics of comprehensive, economic and social benefits conform to the "core-periphery" differentiation model of urbanization. The comprehensive benefit forms three spatial agglomeration types of HH, LL and LH. Economic and social benefits forms two types of spatial agglomeration, HH and LL. The ecological benefits are not significant. Northern Anhui is in the cold spot area. On the basis of improving ecological efficiency, we should position the pillar industries in the underdeveloped regions, accelerate infrastructure interconnection,break administrative barriers, realize the integration of the underdeveloped regions and integrate into the Yangtze River Delta.
