摘要 在复杂电磁环境下,电磁兼容性对通信系统可靠性设计影响巨大。尤其是作为低电平敏感部件的CAN节点,在当前电子设备密集度越来越高、耦合途径复杂多样的雷达大型有源相控阵面环境下,良好的电磁兼容设计对系统稳定性来说至关重要。分析了雷达有源相控阵面对CAN通信系统的电磁干扰源和干扰途径,结合实际工程应用,从原理上分析、设计一套有效抑制电磁干扰的阵面CAN通信系统,包括系统拓扑、接地设计、CAN节点硬软件设计等。利用规范性截然不同的两套CAN通信系统,通过CANScope总线分析仪测量总线波形输出电压以及数据帧误码率两个重要指标,可明显对比出通信质量差异,与理论分析一致,验证了可靠性设计的有效性,减少CAN总线在雷达系统应用过程中故障的发生。 In complex electromagnetic environment, electromagnetic compatibility has great influence on the reliability design of communication system. Especially for the low-level sensitive component can node in the current radar large scale active phased array with more and more intensive electronic equipment and complex coupling paths, fine EMC design is very important for system stability. The source and route of EMI in radar active phased array for can communication system are analyzed in detail. Combined with practical engineering application, analyzes how to effectively suppress electromagnetic interference in the design of can communication system, including system topology, grounding design, node hardware and software design. Two sets of CAN communication systems with different specifications are used to measure bus output voltage and data frame error rate by using canscope bus analyzer. The difference of communication quality can be obviously compared, which is consistent with the theoretical analysis. The effectiveness of reliability design is verified, and the fault occurrence of CAN bus in radar system application can be reduced.
