摘要
作为解决“高原、海岛、边防、无人区”(高海边无)地区供电问题的有效手段,微电网在运行管理过程中,需要面临在“高海边无”地区无准确功率预测信息的问题。为此,文章总结了3种不依赖于可靠功率预测信息的实时调度策略,用于实现“高海边无”地区微电网的能量管理。首先,分别对按照策略表、按照类下垂特性、基于李雅普诺夫优化方法的3种实时调度策略的实现原理进行介绍,并在按照策略表的方法中添加死区调整方法,提高其适用性。然后通过仿真分析,对比3种实时调度策略,实现对实时调度策略特性的总结。最后,给出了实时调度策略在工程应用中的注意点,以期指导工程实践。
As an effective way to meet the power demand in“Plateau,Islands,Frontier defense,Depopulated zone”(PIFD)area,the microgrid needs to face the problem of no accurate power prediction information in the process of operation and management.Three real time optimization strategies,which need no reliable power prediction information,were summarized to realize energy management in PIFD area.Firstly,the implementation principle of the three real time optimization strategies,namely Strategy Table Real-time Scheduling(STRS),Analogy Droop Real-time Scheduling(ADRS),Lyapunov Optimization Real-time Scheduling(LORS),were introduced.And a dead zone adjustment method is proposed to improve the applicability of the strategy table algorithm.Then,through simulation analysis,three real-time scheduling strategies are compared to realize the summary of real-time scheduling strategy characteristics.Finally,the key points of real time dispatching strategies in engineering application are presented to guide practice.
