摘要 随着电力市场化改革的全面推进、新能源持续的高比例发展以及电动车的爆发式增长,借鉴互联网技术支撑大规模复杂系统的平台化支撑经验,文章提出了以平台化的方式支撑电力调度领域适用数字化新基建的3个转型方向,并介绍相关方案应用于实践的探索。首先梳理当前中国电力调度数字化转型的可行性分析,包括内涵、现状、可行性分析及3个挑战。然后针对性的提出“三化”方案,即云化、中台化和智能化。最后,总结并提出了面向未来电力现货市场场景下的调度重大研究方向相关的数字化转型建议,为调度及相关部门推动数字化建设提供参考。 In view of the comprehensive promotion of power market reform,the sustained high proportion of new energy development and the explosive growth of electric vehicles,drawing on the experience of platform support for large-scale complex systems supported by Internet technology,this paper puts forward three transformation directions to think about the new digital infrastructure applicable in the field of power dispatching,and applies the relevant programs to the exploration of practice.First of all,the feasibility of the digital transformation of power dispatching in China is analyzed,including the connotation,the present situation,the feasibility analysis and three challenges.Then three patterns scheme of cloud,middle platform and intelligence is presented.Finally,the digital transformation proposal related to the major research direction of scheduling in the future power spot market scenario is summarized and put forward,as a reference for dispatching and related departments to promote digital construction.
