公共气象服务均等化是当前气象部门的重要发展战略和工作重点,“互联网+”背景下,公共气象服务的技术手段、获取渠道、服务方式等面临转型发展的机遇与挑战。论文在分析我国公共气象服务短板的基础上,阐述“互联网+”对公共气象服务均等化的提升作用,构建“互联网+”均等化公共气象服务体系,为我国气象事业在信息化背景下,借助“互联网+”实现均等化提出可行路径。

“Internet+”equalization of public weather services is an important development strategy and key work of the China meteorological department.Under the“internet+”background,the technical means,accessing channels and service modes of public weather service are facing opportunities and challenges of transformation and development.Based on“internet+”,this paper expounds the upgrading effect of“internet+”on the equalization of public weather services,and an“internet+”equalization of public weather service system was build,which provides a feasible path for China s meteorological undertaking to achieve equalization with the help of“internet+”.
