论文在“大智移云”时代下企业财务管理面临新机遇的基础上,对目前物流企业的发展现状与财务管理存在的不足进行了论述,并从全面预算管理、业财一体化以及财务共享平台三方面对物流企业财务管理进行了优化创新。

On the basis of the new opportunities faced by the financial management of enterprises in the era of“big smart cloud”,this paper discusses the current development status of logistics enterprises and the deficiencies of financial management,and optimizes and innovates the financial management of logistics enterprises from three aspects of comprehensive budget management,industry and finance integration and financial sharing platform.
