随着我国资本市场高速发展,基金的重要性和影响力愈加凸显。基金管理公司股权结构会影响其治理水平和效果,对其旗下管理的基金的绩效也会产生不一般的影响。论文选择从股权集中度和股权性质两个角度来进行分析,同时通过对现实数据的归纳和对比,探索研究不同的股权结构对基金绩效产生各种影响,进而在股权治理这部分得出更深入的结论,并由此对基金管理公司提出一些建议。

With the rapid development of China’s capital market,the importance and influence of funds become more prominent.The equity structure of a fund management company will affect its governance level and effect,and will also have an extraordinary impact on the performance of the funds under its management.This paper analyzes the ownership concentration and the nature of shares,and through the induction and comparison of real data,explores the various influences of different ownership structures on fund performance,and then draws a more in-depth conclusion in the equity governance part,and puts forward some suggestions for fund management companies.
