数字贸易国际政策及其趋势分析

随着以数字经济为驱动力的数字化浪潮的兴起,数字贸易成为全球经济发展的新引擎,引领国际贸易新发展。国内国际,数字贸易政策都将是数字贸易进一步发展的一大关键。文章在对全球数字贸易发展现状分析的基础上,从隐私保护、知识产权、数字产品与服务跨境自由流动和数字产品与服务本地化角度,对全球数字贸易发达经济体的数字贸易政策演变进行了分析,推断出数字贸易的未来发展趋势。最后,从数字贸易政策体系、数字基础设施建设以及企业数字化等方面对我国数字贸易发展提出政策性建议。

With the rise of digital wave driven by digital economy,digital trade has become a new engine of global economic development,leading the new development of international trade.At home and abroad,digital trade policy will be a key to the further development of digital trade.Based on the analysis of the current situation of global digital trade development,this paper analyzes the evolution of digital trade policies of global digital trade developed economies from the perspectives of privacy protection,intellectual property rights,cross-border free flow of digital products and services and localization of digital products and services,and infers the future development trend of digital trade.Finally,this paper puts forward policy suggestions for the development of digital trade in China from the aspects of digital trade policy system,digital infrastructure construction and enterprise digitalization.
