授权型领导对员工创新绩效的影响研究--基于工作重塑的中介作用 被引量:3

摘要 论文通过构建有调节的中介模型,揭示了授权型领导对员工创新绩效的内部影响机制。通过两时点的问卷调查,研究发现:授权型领导正向预测员工创新绩效,工作重塑部分中介了授权型领导对员工创新绩效的影响,促进调节焦点正向调节授权型领导对工作重塑的作用,同时调节工作重塑在授权型领导与员工创新绩效之间的中介作用。文章的结论揭示了授权型领导对员工创新绩效的内在影响机制,为企业激发员工提升创新绩效提供了理论依据。 This study revealed the internal influence mechanism of empowering leadership on employee innovation performance by constructing a regulated mediation model.Through a two-point questionnaire survey,it found that empowering leader positively predicts employee innovation performance,and job crafting partially mediates the impact of empowering leader on employee innovation performance.Promotion focus positively moderates the impact of empowering leader on job crafting,and also moderates the mediating role of job crafting between empowering leadership and employee innovation performance.The conclusion of this study reveals the internal influence mechanism of empowering leadership on employee innovation performance,which provides a theoretical basis for enterprises to stimulate employees to improve innovation performance.
