巩固脱贫成果背景下农村老年人健康素养调查研究

Investigation on health literacy of rural elderly under the background of consolidating poverty alleviation achievements

为进一步了解我国农村老年人的健康素养状况,提高老年人自我健康管理意识,基于CHARLS2018数据及调研所得重庆市数据,参照AF方法构建多维健康素养指数模型(MHI),并利用该模型对农村老年人健康素养水平现状进行研究。结果发现农村老年人健康素养水平整体较低,且多数老年人至少一个维度的健康素养较为欠缺。结合我国老龄化现状得到深刻启示以帮助提高农村老年人健康素养水平,为巩固我国脱贫成果做贡献。

Based on CHARLS(2018)data and Chongqing survey data,this paper constructs a multidimensional health literacy index model with reference to AF method,and uses this model to study the current situation of rural elderly health literacy level,and then establishes probit regression model to explore the relationship between health literacy level and health.The results of the model are analyzed and the corresponding conclusions are drawn.Finally,combined with the current situation of China s aging,we can get profound enlightenment to help improve the health literacy level of the rural elderly and contribute to the consolidation of China s poverty alleviation achievements.
