健体固本合剂对反复呼吸道感染患儿免疫功能和氧化应激水平的影响

Effect of Jianti Guben mixture on immune function and oxidative stress level in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection

目的探讨中医健体固本合剂对反复呼吸道感染患儿免疫功能、氧化应激水平的影响。方法选取笔者医院2017年12月—2019年6月确诊的100例反复呼吸道感染患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各50例,2组患儿均予以基础治疗,研究组同时给予中医健体固本合剂治疗,对比治疗前后2组的总抗氧化能力(TAC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、脂质过氧化产物(LPO)、外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平及临床效果。结果治疗前,2组患儿的TAC、SOD、MDA、CAT、LPO水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患儿的TAC、SOD、CAT水平高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患儿的CAT、LPO水平低于对照组(P<0.05);2组外周血CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组的外周血CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平比较,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿的临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医健体固本合剂治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染,能显著改善患儿氧化应激水平及免疫功能。

Objective To explore the effect of TCM Jianti Guben Mixture on the level of immune function oxidative stress in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods 100 children with recurrent respiratory tract infections who were treated in hospital from December 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group 50 cases each.The two groups were treated with basic treatment,Meanwhile the experimental group was treated by TCM Jianti Guben Mixture at the same time.The total antioxidant capacity(TAC),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),catalase(CAT),lipid peroxidation products(LPO),peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and clinical effects were compared before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,the levels of TAC,SOD,MDA,CAT and LPO were not significantly difference between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of TAC,SOD and CAT in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the levels of CAT and LPO in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the peripheral blood CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM Jianti Guben Mixture can significantly improve oxidative stress and immune function in children with repeated respiratory infections.
