摘要
为了阐明奶牛发生真胃变位(abomasal displacement,DA)时机体抗氧化能力的变化规律,本试验采用分光光度法对27头真胃左方变位奶牛与13头健康奶牛血浆总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、丙二醛(MDA)含量进行了测定。结果表明,与健康奶牛相比,真胃变位奶牛血液中丙二醛(MDA)浓度极显著升高(P<0.01);谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)浓度显著降低(P<0.05);总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)浓度显著降低(P<0.05);总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)无明显变化(P>0.05)。因此,奶牛发生真胃变位时抗氧化能力降低,提示奶牛真胃变位发生可能与抗氧化能力降低有关。
In order to clarify the changes of the antioxidant capacity in the cows with abomasal displacement(DA),In this experiment,ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to measure plasma total superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX),total anti-oxidation(T-AOC)and malondialdehyde(MDA)of 27 dairy cows with left abomasal displacement and 13 healthy cows.The results showed that,compared with healthy cows,the concentration of MDA in the blood of the cows with DA was significantly increased(P<0.01);the concentration of GSH-PX was significantly reduced(P<0.05);the concentration of T-AOC was significantly reduced(P<0.05);the concentration of SOD was no significant change between 27 dairy cows with left abomasal displacement and 13 healthy cows(P>0.05).Therefore,the anti-oxidation capacity of dairy cows with DA is reduced,suggesting that the occurrence of DA may be related to the reduction of antioxidant capacity.
