摘要
针对结构振动模态试验数据存在不确定性问题,开展试验数据的不确定性研究,分析试验数据不确定性的内涵和来源,简要阐述各因素对试验数据不确定性的影响,并建立结构模态试验结果不确定性分析的基本流程。然后针对其中的噪声因素,重点研究Bayes方法对结构模态参数识别中不确定性的分析过程。最后进行C/SiC方板的模态实验,根据建立的结构模态试验结果不确定性分析的基本流程,对C/SiC方板的试验数据进行附加影响分析和噪声影响分析,并将两者综合考虑进行了综合误差分析,得到了优化结果和误差范围,进一步验证了该流程的可行性。
The research content is to study the uncertainty of structural modal test data,analyze the connotation and source of test data uncertainty,briefly describe the influence of various factors on the uncertainty of test data,and establish the basic process of uncertainty analysis of structural modal test results.Then,aiming at the noise factor,focuses on the analysis process of the uncertainty in the structural modal parameter identification by Bayes method.Finally,the modal experiment of C/SiC square plate is carried out.According to the basic process of uncertainty analysis of structural modal test results,the additional impact analysis and noise impact analysis are carried out on the test data of C/SiC square plate,and the comprehensive error analysis is carried out considering both of them.The optimization results and error range are obtained,and the feasibility of the process is further verified.
