辽宁省原料乳中β-内酰胺酶的检测及结果分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了解辽宁省原料乳中是否含有β-内酰胺酶抗生素残留,对其质量状况进行调查。采用《乳及乳制品中舒巴坦敏感β-内酰胺酶类药物检验方法——杯碟法》检验方法对辽宁省送检的186批次原料乳样品进行检测。结果共检出23批次β-内酰胺酶阳性样品,原料乳阳性样品检出率高达12.4%。调查发现,辽宁省原料乳中β-内酰胺酶检出率较高,在原料乳源头上还存在着一些安全隐患,应加快国家标准的建立和规范管理措施,以保证乳制品的质量安全。 The objective of this study was to understandβ-lactamase antibiotic residues in raw milk of Liaoning province and to investigate its quality.The method of testingβ-lactamase in milk and dairy products based on"cylinder plate method"was used and 186 batches of raw milk samples from Liaoning province were tested.Results showed that a total of 23 samples were positive forβ-lactamase,and the detection rate of positive samples of raw milk was up to 12.4%.The investigation found that the detection rate ofβ-lactamase in raw milk in Liaoning province was higher,and there were some quality problems and safety hazards in the source of raw milk.Therefore,the establishment of national standards and management measures should be accelerated to ensure the safety of dairy products.
