摘要 柔性智能制造作为工业智能的代表,已成为精密电子制造业向智能化演进的趋势,同时5G、F5G(Fixed-5G)、边缘计算以及人工智能等ICT技术与OT技术的不断融合,为柔性智能制造提供了良好的使能环境。基于5G+F5G工业PON固移融合网络,构建工业端边云协同架构;面向SMT产线柔性智能生产需求,开展基于端边云协同的柔性智能制造技术方案研究,并在实际生产环境完成部署验证。希望提出的端边云协同架构及柔性智能制造技术方案能够对智能制造发展演进提供参考。 As a representative of industrial intelligence, flexible intelligent manufacturing has become the intelligent evolution trend of the precision electronics manufacturing. The continuous integration of ICT technologies such as 5 G, Fixed-5 G(F5 G), edge computing, and artificial intelligence and OT technologies provides a perfect enabling environment for flexible intelligent manufacturing. Based on the 5 G+F5 G industrial passive optical network(PON) fixed-mobile convergence network, this paper firstly proposes an industrial end-edge-cloud collaborative architecture, based on which, a flexible intelligent manufacturing technology solution is then investigated for SMT production line with flexible and intelligent manufacturing requirements, and the deployment verification is completed in the actual production environment. It is expected that the proposed end-edge-cloud collaborative architecture and flexible intelligent manufacturing technology solutions can provide a reference for the development and evolution of intelligent manufacturing.
