国际本地网络频率分配和监管框架研究

摘要 随着5G和工业互联网发展,世界上主要的工业制造发达国家都针对工业互联网快速增加的频率需求给出应对频率方案,针对工业4.0和垂直行业分配一定专有频率,用于部署本地网络。本地5G网络频率监管是一种新型的灵活的更加精细化的频率管理方式。对当前的国际本地网络频率分配以及监管框架进行梳理,主要调研各个区域和国家已经分配或者正在规划本地网络的频率和监管框架,包括频率范围、频率申请流程、申请资质、技术中立或者技术限定原则,干扰管理、射频指标等,并给出一定的对比和分析。 With the development of 5 G and the Industrial Internet, the major industrial manufacturing countries develop the frequency solutions to meet the rapidly increasing frequency requirements of the Industrial Internet. The dedicated frequencies are allocated for Industry 4.0 and vertical industries to deploy local network. Local 5 G network frequency management is a novel, flexible, and refined frequency management method. This paper outlines the current international local network frequency allocation and regulatory framework. It mainly investigates the frequencies and regulatory frameworks of local networks that have been allocated or are being planned in various regions and countries, including frequency ranges, frequency application procedures, application qualifications, technology neutrality or limitation principles, interference management, RF specifications, etc., and some analysis and comparison are provided.
