柔性管理模式在结直肠癌手术护理中的效果

Effect of flexible management mode in nursing of colorectal cancer surgery

目的分析柔性管理模式在结直肠癌手术护理中的应用效果。方法将2017年1月-2019年6月在高唐县人民医院进行治疗的结直肠癌患者200例作为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各100例,观察组实施柔性管理模式护理,对照组实施常规护理,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评价两组患者情绪状态,用生活质量评估表(SF-36)评价两组患者的生活质量,并比较两组的护理依从率及护理满意率。结果观察组护理总满意率为100.00%,高于对照组的80.00%;观察组护理总依从率为100.00%,高于对照组的70.00%;观察组SAS及SDS评分均低于对照组;观察组患者情感职能、精神健康、躯体疼痛、社会功能、身体健康评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在结直肠癌手术护理中应用柔性管理模式,能有效提升患者的护理依从率,增强患者护理满意率,改善情绪状态,提高生活质量,临床疗效明显,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of flexible management mode in the nursing of colorectal cancer surgery.Methods From January 2017 to June 2019,200 patients with colorectal cancer who were treated in Gaotang County People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.The observation group implemented flexible management mode nursing,while the control group implemented routine nursing.Self rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self rating depression scale(SDS) were used to evaluate the emotional state of the two groups,and quality of life assessment scale(SF-36) was used to evaluate the quality of life of the two groups;the nursing compliance rate and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100.00%,higher than 80.00% of the control group;the total nursing compliance rate of the observation group was 100.00%,higher than70.00% of the control group;the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;the scores of emotional function,mental health,physical pain,social function and physical health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of flexible management mode in colorectal cancer surgery nursing could effectively improve the nursing compliance rate of patients,enhance the nursing satisfaction rate of patients,improve the emotional state,and improve the quality of life of patients,the clinical effect was obvious,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
