早期康复护理在高血压脑出血患者中的效果

The effect of early rehabilitation nursing on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的研究早期康复护理在高血压脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法从山东省高唐县人民医院2017年12月-2019年12月收治的高血压脑出血患者中随机抽取58例患者作为研究对象,经简单随机抽样法将其分为参照组和观察组各29例。参照组患者采用常规护理方法,观察组患者采用早期康复护理干预,比较两组患者护理前后的NIHSS评分、肢体功能评分、Balthel指数评分和护理总满意率。结果护理前,观察组患者的NIHSS评分、肢体功能评分、Balthel指数评分与参照组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者的NIHSS评分、肢体功能评分、Balthel指数评分明显优于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理的总满意率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高血压脑出血患者采取早期康复护理,有助于改善患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the application effect of early rehabilitation nursing on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods From December 2017 to December 2019,58 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Gaotang County People’s Hospital of Shandong Province were randomly selected as study objects.They were divided into the reference group and the observation group with 29 cases in each group,according to simple random sampling method.Patients in the reference group were given routine nursing,while patients in the observation group were given early rehabilitation nursing intervention.The NIHSS score,limb function score,Balther index score before and after nursing and total nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant difference in NIHSS score,limb function score and Balthel index score between the observation group and the reference group(P>0.05);after nursing,the NIHSS score,limb function score and Balthel index score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage was helpful to improve the quality of life of patients,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
