腹腔镜手术治疗宫颈癌的研究进展

Research progress of laparoscopic surgery in early cervical cancer

宫颈癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病因素与HPV病毒感染、免疫功能缺陷性疾病及其他性传播疾病、性伴侣数、性生活开始的年龄、孕产次和时间、有无吸烟史等密切相关。伴随着新兴事物以及人们生活方式的变化,宫颈癌的发生率也呈现出了逐年增长的趋势,并且危害妇女的心理及生命健康。根据相关研究及文献报道,在早期宫颈癌患者中采取切实有效的治疗方法,可以有效提高患者的生存率,降低患者的死亡率。目前,腹腔镜微创技术已经广泛应用于宫颈癌患者的临床治疗中,取得了良好的效果。本文主要对腹腔镜手术,在治疗早期宫颈癌中的研究进展进行了综述。

Cervical cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in women.The incidence factors are closely related to HPV infection,immunodeficiency disorder and other sexually transmitted diseases,the number of sexual partners,the age at which sexual life begins,the number and time of pregnancy,and the history of smoking.With the emergence of new things and changes in people’s lifestyles,the incidence of cervical cancer has also shown a year-on-year increase and endangers the psychological and life health of women.According to related research and literature reports,the effective treatment methods and measures which have been adopted in patients with early cervical cancer can effectively improve the survival rate of patients and reduce the mortality of patients.At present,laparoscopic minimally invasive technique has been widely used in the treatment of patients with cervical cancer and achieves good effect.This article mainly reviews the progress of laparoscopic surgery in early cervical cancer.
