新疆地区驻地官兵皮肤病及生活质量调查

A study on the quality of life of the officers and soldiers with skin diseases stationed in Xinjiang

目的了解在新疆地区就诊的部队官兵皮肤病发生情况及对其生活质量的影响。方法利用皮肤病调查问卷及皮肤病生活质量指标(DLQI)调查表,对在新疆陆军第948医院就诊的部队官兵皮肤病进行统计,并对数据进行分析。结果就诊者以青年男性为主,平均病程13.8个月。108例有效问卷中皮肤病占前4位的是真菌感染性皮肤病、疣、荨麻疹和神经性皮炎;对生活质量影响前4位的皮肤病为冻疮、疥疮、荨麻疹、接触性皮炎。此次调查问卷各类皮肤病DLQI总体平均分为(6.42±3.92)分,对生活质量有中度影响,自觉症状组的DLQI评分高于无自觉症状组的DLQI评分(P<0.05)。结论在新疆地区就诊的部队官兵皮肤病对其生活质量产生中度影响,自觉症状组的DLQI评分高于无自觉症状组,提示若能有效缓解官兵的自觉症状,可提高其生活质量。

Objective To understand the occurrence of skin diseases and its impact on the quality of life of military officers and soldiers stationed in Xinjiang.Methods The prevalence of skin diseases was analyzed in the military officers and soldiers who visited the 948 th Hospital of Xinjiang army by using skin disease questionnaire and dermatology quality of life index(DLQI)questionnaire.Results Most of the patients were young men,and the average course of disease was 13.8 months.Among the 108 valid questionnaires,the four kinds of skin diseases with the highest prevalence were fungal infectious skin diseases,viral warts,urticaria and neurodermatitis,as well as frostbite,scabies,urticaria and contact dermatitis were the top four skin diseases affecting the quality of life.The overall average DLQI score of all kinds of the skin diseases was(6.42±3.92),suggesting that there was a moderate impact on the quality of life,and the DLQI score of conscious symptom group was higher than that of non-conscious symptom group(P<0.05).Conclusion The skin diseases may moderately affect the quality of life of the military officials and soldiers with skin diseases stationed in Xinjiang.The DLQI score of the conscious symptom group was higher than that of the non-conscious symptom group,suggesting that the quality of life of the military officials and soldiers with skin diseases may be improved if the conscious symptom can be effectively alleviated.
