注射用透明质酸的应用进展

透明质酸是细胞外基质的主要成分。由于相容性好,过敏反应少等特点,注射用透明质酸是最常用的真皮填充剂之一。近年来,患者对于安全微创的年轻化治疗的需求急剧增长,透明质酸新产品及治疗手段不断涌现,对于填充后的不良反应也有更新的认识。该文对透明质酸的新产品,新的注射技术以及不良反应的相关进展进行综述。

Hyaluronic acid(HA)is a main component of the dermal extracellular matrix.Hyaluronic acid for injection is currently one of the most commonly used dermal fillers for its high histocompatibility and low allergenicity.In recent years,the demand of patients for safe and effective minimally invasive aesthetic techniques is growing rapidly,therefore,new hyaluronic acid products and injection technology are constantly emerging,as well as new understanding of the adverse events related to the injection of HA.This review summarizes the new products,injection techniques and adverse reactions of hyaluronic acid for injection.
