Research progress of clear cell hidradenoma

透明细胞汗腺瘤(clear cell hidradenoma)是一种少见的源自大汗腺或小汗腺的良性皮肤附属器肿瘤,因临床皮损缺乏特异性,易导致误诊,需要多种技术辅助诊断,其中以组织病理学检查作为最终确诊方法。现通过回顾相关文献,归纳其临床特点及诊治要点,以提高该病的诊断水平。

Clear cell hidradenoma is a rare benign adnexal tumor derived from eccrine or apocrine.For the lesion is lack of clinical feature,it is easy to lead to misdiagnosis.Various technologies are needed to help us make a current diagnosis,and histopathology is considered as the golden standard for the diagnosis of the disease.In order to improve the clinical and pathological diagnostic level of the disease,in this paper,the clinical characteristics and key points of diagnosis and treatment were summarized by reviewing the relevant literature.
