皮秒激光治疗面部皮肤光老化的临床疗效观察

Clinical study of facial rejuvenation carried out by picosecond laser

目的观察皮秒激光治疗面部皮肤光老化的临床疗效及不良反应。方法采用PicoSure翠绿宝石激光治疗仪治疗78例面部皮肤光老化患者,间隔时间1个月,共3次。治疗前及末次治疗后4周使用VISIA皮肤图像分析仪进行皮肤检测。末次治疗结束后8周由患者进行疗效满意度评价,术中及术后记录不良反应。结果治疗后4周与治疗前相比,VISIA皮肤图像分析仪中斑点、皱纹、纹理、毛孔、紫外线色斑、棕色斑及红色区特征计数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),紫质特征计数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。患者总体满意度达93.6%。全部患者术中及术后均未出现严重不良反应。结论皮秒激光用于治疗面部皮肤光老化疗效确切,不良反应少,安全性高。

Objective To observe the clinical efficiency and side effects of picosecond laser in the treatment of facial photoaging.Methods A total of 78 patients with photoaging of facial skin were enrolled and received picosecond laser treatment,with an interval of 1 month,three times in total.Before treatment and 4 weeks after the last treatment,the skin was evaluated and analyzed by VISIA complexion analysis system.Eight weeks after the last treatment,the patients were evaluated for the efficacy,and the adverse reactions were recorded during and after the operation.Results The clinical feature of spots,winkles,texture,pores,UV pigment spots,brown spots and red areas improved significantly after 4 weeks of treatment than that before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the count of purple masses(P>0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of patients was 93.6%,and there were no serious adverse reactions occurred in all patients during and after treatment.Conclusion Picosecond laser for the treatment of facial skin photoaging has definite curative effect,less adverse reactions and high safety,which is deserved to be popularized in clinical application.
