获得性结节性脆发病一例

A case of acquired trichorrhexis nodosa

40岁女性患者,头发出现灰白色结节、易断5年,有反复烫发、染发史。皮肤科检查:头发远端1/5处可见大量灰白色点状结节,结节处轻拉易断。毛发镜检查:大体所见灰白色结节处发现毛干皮质断裂,向外膨胀呈毛刷样对接。诊断:获得性结节性脆发病。

A 40-year-old woman who had a history of repeated perm and hair dyeing presented with gray-white nodules on hair and easy to break for 5 years.Dermatological examination:a large number of gray-white punctiform nodules could be seen in the distal 1/5 of the hair,and the hair were easily broken by light pulling.Trichoscopy revealed fracture of the cortical fibers and nodular swelling,which resembled a crushed paint brush.The diagnosis of trichorrhexis nodosa was established.
