浅议SIS的安全完整性管理

Brief Discussion on Safety Integrity Management of SIS

依据国家监管部门相关文件及安全仪表系统相关标准,探讨了PFD avg计算中失效率、表决形式和平均恢复时间、诊断覆盖率、检验测试周期/间隔时间、共因失效因子等问题,介绍了安全控制、报警及联锁(SCAI)的主要内容,简要讨论了目前在役安全仪表系统功能安全评估,包括安全完整性定级和验证的现状、存在的问题,以及今后在功能安全管理方面的着力点。

According to relative documentations of supervisions departments and relative standards for safety instrumented system,the problem of failure rate in PFD avg calculation,voting form and mean time to restoration,diagnostic coverage rate,inspection and test period/interval time,and common failure factor and so on are discussed.The main content of safe control,alarm and interlock(SCAI)are introduced.The functional safety evaluation for current existing safety instrumented system is briefly discussed,including the current situation,existing problem of SIL determination and verification,and the stressing points in the future for functional safety management.
